the cable-knit lined handbag.

This is my cable-knit handbag. It is fully lined and decorated with satin ribbon. The handles are wood and I am interested to try another bag with a different handle. The bag holds up very nicely too. I was unsure how many of my things I would be able to carry around in it before I felt like the cable-knit might not hold up. But since it is lined, this is not the case. Its very sturdy with very little pulling and disfiguring from any weight. Another unique part of this handbag is the way that it opens. It has a very 70s retro fashion feel to it. The handles open inwards as apposed to a standard bag opening outwards. The handles then fold flat for a wide open view on the inside.
